"Danielle at the Lenore city office. It's truly amazing. I don't know what I would do without her. She's always there 2 help me when I need and 2 try to get me the best rates as possible. She calls me keeps me posted. On all things going on. She has amazing customer service. A sweet personality when I call. I never want to deal with anyone but her she's truly amazing. I would probably go somewhere else if she didn't work there anymore.!"

"Our 1 yr old Samsung refrigerator filter froze in the middle of the night and cracked causing a flood in our kitchen, dining room and entry hall. I called Jennifer and she thought we could have water under our tile & hardwood. She sent Restoration101 out immediately and they did find water under the tile & hardwood. Working with Jennifer & Restoration101 the damage was mitigated and our home was restored to better than new. We are completely satisfied and if not for Jennifer we would have left the water under the flooring and had bigger issues down the road. Thanks Jennifer!"
