"Our 1 yr old Samsung refrigerator filter froze in the middle of the night and cracked causing a flood in our kitchen, dining room and entry hall. I called Jennifer and she thought we could have water under our tile & hardwood. She sent Restoration101 out immediately and they did find water under the tile & hardwood. Working with Jennifer & Restoration101 the damage was mitigated and our home was restored to better than new. We are completely satisfied and if not for Jennifer we would have left the water under the flooring and had bigger issues down the road. Thanks Jennifer!"
